When OB/GYN’s Behave Badly

Tuesday, February 5th, 2013

originalI wish I didn’t even have to write a post like this. But unfortunately for pregnant women all over America, there are OB/GYN’s acting like complete dicks on the the internet.

And if you think this is the first time something like this has happened, you would be sorely mistaken. I wish I had a dime for every time a story like this broke because I would be RICH BITCH!  Sorry, I had to channel my inner Dave Chapelle there for a minute. (more…)

Monday, October 15th, 2012

You know how Facebook has been trying to sucker people into spending money so all their followers can see what they post?

Now I think it is kind of crappy that Facebook isn’t giving companies and people who run these kind of pages the opportunity to keep the old style Facebook pages, but why does Facebook do anything they do?

I wanted to put together a short and sweet tutorial on making a simple timeline cover to help those who aren’t very tech savvy with the switch. I know there are many out there who are the webmasters for their “like” page and cannot afford to really pay someone for the upkeep or graphics. And that is ok! (more…)

Social Media Pages and Death

Friday, December 30th, 2011

I wish there was an instruction book on what to do with a Facebook page, or a twitter account when someone dies. Honestly I think it would have made the last couple months much easier.

My readers know I lost my sister in October. Prior to that she was in the hospital for probably about three months… the whole timeline gets so blurry for me because I never wanted to believe she wouldn’t be with us anymore. Hell I am still in disbelief that she is gone.

Such disbelief that I try to go to her Facebook page daily to talk to her.  (more…)
