Another week, more blog prompts!
Did you participate in last weeks prompts?
Did you find the linking up option easier this week as opposed to coming back and commenting with the link like in earlier weeks?
I am really trying to find a blogging groove for these blog prompts. I have made prompts through the end of February right now, and again I will re-evaluate at the end of February to see if the effort I am putting into the project is worth the time. (more…)
Last week when I posted my weekly blog prompt I was tossing around the idea of just finishing out week 5, and then dropping the project since there hasn’t been a ton of participation.
After I said that, I had a ton of people commenting, and emailing me asking me to keep it going.
I didn’t think as many people were enjoying it until I tossed around the idea of not putting anymore time into it. (more…)
Who is ready for week three of blog prompts?
The past two weeks has gotten hit or miss reaction, but I am going to continue posting them weekly for the readers, and other bloggers who read here — like I said I was going to do.
Right now I have five weeks of the blog prompts done.
If there isn’t more interest in the project by the time week five is reached, I am going to drop the project… So I am really hoping more people jump on board! (more…)
Week two is here!
Who is excited?
I was really excited to see so many people inspired by the first week of blog prompts, and one reader here actually started her own small online blog just to write the prompts. Which ready made me feel good.

Every once and a while I feel myself falling into a blog funk. I write posts just to write them, or just write some stuff I look back on weeks after the fact and think, Wow… that wasn’t even worth the time it took to type out!
I think a lot of us fall into that trying to keep our site fresh, new, and of course living.
For the new year, I wanted to do writing prompts, and when I really started thinking about it I set a goal for myself to do weekly writing prompts for my readers, or hopefully other bloggers to haven’t discovered my site yet… Wishful thinking right? (more…)
