Oraline Kit Review – A New Way to Fight Germs!
Oral health is extremely important for our children, and even to us as adults.
I recently had the opportunity to work on a great project with OraLine Kids, a oral health company.
We were provided their great two child kit, which included the Oraline tooth paste, personalized tooth brushes which I made online (and were really easy to make) and the sanitizer that includes spaces for five tooth brushes.
Over the next three weeks, I am going to post three blog posts about all we learned through the OraLine program, and why it rocks so much.
Starting today with cross contamination in the bathroom and keeping tooth brushes clean, and how the OraLine Kids products help!
There are 10 big mistakes that many parents make when it comes to brushing teeth. Whether it is with your kids, or actually keeping your own teeth healthy. (Provided by WebMD)
- Using the wrong tooth brush.
- Not choosing the right bristle.
- Not brushing long enough or often enough.
- Brushing too often or too hard.
- Brushing incorrectly.
- Starting in the same place each time you brush.
- Not brushing/caring for between teeth spaces.
- Not rinsing after brushing.
- Not letting your tooth brush dry.
- Not changing tooth brushes often enough.
One of the biggest issue is bacteria. If you have a tooth brush that is not completely drying in between brushes, it could be a giant breeding ground for bacteria. Totally gross huh?
Would you want to be putting a tooth brush full of a budding science experiment in your mouth? ICK! Me either!
What does this have to do with the OraLine products? Well, the tooth brush sanitizer eliminates 99% of germs that can be found on your typical tooth brush just hanging out in the bathroom.
You can fit up to five tooth brushes at once. You close the door, and power on – a blue light comes on along with a fan. It cycles for 10 minutes then turns off automatically. Not only does it help kill the germs, but it helps to dry your tooth brush quickly to lessen the risk of bacteria collecting/breeding.
Neat huh?
