Help Name My Business!

If the start of 2012 has brought anything to me, it is a ton of work related opportunities outside of the realm of blogging.

And this is when I realized not only was I under prepared, but I really should actually make what I do a  company for professional purposes.

I have worked as a freelancer for about two years now, but I just want to make life simpler across the board.

So I am going to be holding this contest… check out the VLOG below for all the details, and to enter…

A couple of keywords I am looking for, or really liking right now include:

Digital, mom, mother, media, social media…

Of course the winner does not have to include any of those!

It really should be your name, because YOU are what you are selling (in an above-board, not-the-oldest-profession-in-the-world kind of way of course!). And if you want opportunities that are not related to family/parenting (even if you don’t now, you probably will in the future as parenting becomes less primary in your life) you don’t want mom or mother in there. I suggest Danielle Elwood Media, because it keeps YOU front and center.

How’s that for a way long response to a very simple question? Sheesh, I’m wordy today.

  8. My first thought was Wonder Mom, but I guess that’s a show BUT how about One DE Mom, which would still be pronounced as wonder mom, and it has your initials. :) Sorry, it’s all I got…. Good luck!

How about DigitElle Media Mom? Or DigitElwood, or some other pleasing variation?

  10. Media Marketing Mom

How about an acronym EB. It could stand for Elwood Brands. It is quirky and unforgettable…ED…EB… you get the idea. Then you could incorporate those key words too. Think a giant EB with the words “digital media social marketing” written underneath. This also has the potential to look good on business cards.
